All the outdoors entertaining things in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains will keep you coming back persistently. Good hiking is available along the Loop Trail. Summertime highs at Macey Lake typically tend to be in the 80's, and the night is quite chillier of course, usually in the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Macey Lake       dip into the 0's. This lake is located in the wonderful Sangre De Cristo Mountains. If you came to camp North Crestone Campground is a great site to do that, and as expected, all our national parks are glorious places to take a look at and Great Sand Dunes National Monument is no exception. Macey Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Grape Creek RV Park and Campground is a splendid local campground, and Copperstain Cliff is an attention-grabbing                  site to take a look at while at Macey Lake. Having a splendid time at Macey Lake is trouble-free. A charming lake like Macey Lakes close to Macey Lake is a great site to pop by; there's great hiking along the Rainbow Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. On a gorgeous day you get a view of Colony Baldy from Macey Lake, and a tour to Macey Falls will fill your spirit with pleasant feelings. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Venable-Comanche Trail, and do visit North Colony Lakes, it's a wonderful lake.
