A visit to Luna Lake is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. During the warm days of summer at Luna Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's; nighttime lows in the-10's for Luna Lake. Now, you may feel that's a load but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Luna Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Elk

Luna Lake is located in the Park Range. Luna Lake is pretty dry typically; most of the snow falls through December while August is typically the driest month. All year is a great time in the Park Range if you love the outdoors. If you need a spot to stay Thunderhead Lodge And Condominiums is a glorious choice; why not camp at Summit Lake Campground while you're here at Luna Lake.

many entertaining things to do here in the Park Range, too pleasant to be true. Big Creek Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Howelsen Hill. This lake is
so wonderful. Hiking along the Big Creek Lake Trail is wonderful fun, and after a long day outdoors Western Lodge is a great spot to spend a night or two. If you came for an overnight stay Dry Lake Campground is a good place to camp,
and going for a hike along the Luna Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood.
Luna Lake is right by the Crags Trail, and you can hit the slopes at Steamboat close at hand.
