Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Clear Creek - West Fork; a lake nearby is Upper Urad Reservoir. So many cool things in the Park Range, just astonishing. There are some great whitewater spots on Woods Creek; everybody nearby loves skiing at Loveland. Lower Urad Reservoir is a location that is relatively dehydrated       typically; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; January is when it's the driest. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the Park Range. Camping at Floral Park Campground is always a magnificent experience, and Key To The Rockies Lodging At Keystone is a delightful place to get some rest. For the duration of the summer months highs here at Lower Urad Reservoir get into the 70's, and the overnight is somewhat colder of course,                  commonly in the 30's. For the period of the winter highs are mostly in the 20's, and nighttime lows during the wintertime for Lower Urad Reservoir tend to be in the-10's. Hiking along the Grays Peak Trail is splendid fun, and a fine close by hotel is Winter Park Mountain Lodge. But wait, there's more to do close to Lower Urad Reservoir. Lower Urad Reservoir is not the only site nearby, Hassell Lake is a nearby lake; Lower Urad Reservoir is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Mizpah Campground is a nice local campground. This lake is one of the great places here in the Park Range. Have a great hiking adventure along the Sevenmile Ski Trail, and not far from Lower Urad Reservoir you get some glorious water scenery at Lower Urad Dam. Just can't get enough of Lower Urad Reservoir. The slopes of Arapahoe Basin are so inviting nobody can resist. Take a hike on the Mount Nystrom Trail; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Ruby Creek. This lake is so wonderful.
