All the outdoors amusing stuff in the Medicine Bow Mountains will keep you coming back many times. North Rawah Peak is beautiful and can be spotted from Lower Sandbar Lake; soar down the rapids of Joe Wright Creek in a kayak. A glorious spot to stop by next to Lower Sandbar Lake is Grassy Pass, and there are other spots here than Lower Sandbar Lake, for example Kelly Lake. This lake is so wonderful.       Good hiking is available along the Link Trail, and there are great places to look at along the Rawah Trail. If only every spot had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great planet it would be. Take a look at close by Rawah Bog, and not far from Lower Sandbar Lake you'll discover Big Rainbow Lake which is a stunning lake. Lower Sandbar Lake is pretty dry regularly; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; the driest month of the                  year is January.
