Lower Long Lake is a beautiful lake in the Front Range. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Lower Long Lake is great! Fossil Trace Golf Club is a glorious golf course close by, and why not camp at Clear Creek RV Park while you're here at Lower Long Lake. If you get bored of Lower Long Lake, you could also pop by nearby Upper Long Lake, and Churches Lower Lake is a nearby lake that you could take a look at.       This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Clear Creek, and Leyden Flats is right here at Lower Long Lake. During your spree to Lower Long Lake you'll meet some folks from Boulder for sure, and if you came for an overnight stay Golden Clear Creek RV Park is a wonderful location to camp. If you come at the right time of year, Clear Creek offers some delightful whitewater, and there are great spots to                  look at along the Beaver Brook Trail. That right there is a load of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the Front Range has it all. Go for a hike on the Mesa Trail; if you need a location to stay Table Mountain Inn is a good choice. Lower Long Lake gets very little rainfall; the month with most of the rain is May; January meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Why not have a look at close by Cross Creek since you're here at Lower Long Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Golden Hotel Clarion Collection. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever want to go home again. Lower Long Lake Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out, and don't leave Lower Long Lake without first going for a hike along the Bear Peak Trail. The warmest time of the year at Lower Long Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Lower Long Lake.
