of the rain falls during May; February is the month with the least moisture. Not far from Lower Hoffman Lake, you'll locate Heinricy Lake which is a charming lake, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Loveland/Fort Collins Area.

Watson Lake
 | 14 miles away Watson is beautiful. You do need a wilderness habitat stamp to be there, but that is included with your fishing license. It is closed to boating, except float tubes. The river (poudre) runs along the east side of the lake so even for casual recreation or non fishing activities it is a picteresque spot.
