There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Park Range. If you come at the right time of year, Encampment River offers some splendid whitewater; if you came for an overnight stay Hinman Campground is a great spot to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Stump Park Trail; a wonderful nearby hotel is Vacher's Bighorn Lodge. Throughout the summer months highs here at Lower       Big Creek Reservoir get into the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Lower Big Creek Reservoir. This lake is one of the great places here in the Park Range. The Fireline Trail offers hiking at its best, and everybody loves West Fork Meadows. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by West Fork Lake. Yep, outdoors                  amusing things truly is abundant here in the Park Range. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Elk River; hiking is a popular thing to do around Lower Big Creek Reservoir; West Fork Trail is a fine local trail.
