Beautiful Love Lake has much to offer visitors. Love Lake is located in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rio Grande. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Love Lake. Throughout the moonlight hours it's typically in the 30's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Love Lake

| | are in the-10's. The Middle Creek Stock Driveway is a splendid hiking trail in close proximity to Love Lake; there are other spots here than Love Lake, for example Streams Lake. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Fairfield Pagosa Resort is a brilliant place to spend a night or two, and don't forget to take a wonderful little spree to Ivy Creek. on Wolf Creek, and Sowards Reservoir Number 4 is a great lake close by. So much amusing stuff to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, not sufficient time. Love Lake is a fine location to visit for more than one day, Ivy Creek
Campground and Trailhead is a fine location to camp nearby; there is a brilliant hiking trail close by called the Long Ridge Stock Driveway. Stay the night at Rio Grande Campground; nearby you locate the Rainbow Trail which is a perfect
hiking trail. Love Lake is ordinarily a reasonably dry location; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is June.
