This lake is so wonderful. Really good skiing awaits you at Beaver Creek; a pleasant close by hotel is Arrowhead Village. Lost Reservoir Number One gets very little precipitation; the month with most of the rain is July, and February is when it's the driest. And if that's not enough, there's a heap more to do right next door to Lost Reservoir Number One. You'll meet a lot of folks from Edwards here, and going for a hike along the Cache Creek Access Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Eagle River, and do take a look at Dead Buck Reservoir, it's a delightful lake. Hiking along the Red Canyon Stock Driveway is tremendous fun; a magnificent location nearby is Deadhorse Gulch. Get soaked paddling on Eagle River, and if you need a place to stay Inn And Suites At Riverwalk is a nice choice.
