Sure, Black Lake is close at hand, and a nice close by hotel is New Village. Not far from Lost Lake, you'll stumble on Wheeler Lakes which is a wonderful lake, and you can stay the night at Black Lakes Campground. The snow is great at Breckenridge; hiking along the Wheeler Dillion Trail is delightful fun. Lost Lake gets very little rainfall; July is when you       get the most rain here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll fancy Lost Lake. People from Silverthorne love to come to Lost Lake. This is no site for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. After a long day outdoors Timber Creek Condominums is a good location to spend a night or two, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Copper Mountain. While you're here at Lost Lake you can take a hike                  along the Miners Creek Trail, and Uneva Peak is a peak you can distinguish from Lost Lake. The warmest time of the year at Lost Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and the nighttime is quite chillier of course, ordinarily in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Lost Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Don't forget to take a tremendous little journey to Corral Creek, and Arkansas River is a wonderful whitewater spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. A nice spot near Lost Lake is Uneva Pass; you can have a great hiking adventure along the Wheeler Trail.
