Do stop by Lost Lake while you're in this part of Colorado. The San Juan and Jemez Mountains scenery is always beautiful. What a site this is for outdoors people. If you come at the right time of year, Rio Grande offers some magnificent whitewater; if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Dry Creek Stock Driveway. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Allington Inn and Suites is a good

But wait, there's more enjoyable things to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. The Hot Creek Stock Driveway is a good hiking trail in the neighborhood of Lost Lake.
