In Colorado there are many beautiful lakes, Lost Lake is one of them. Just can't get enough of the Medicine Bow Mountains. You could also take a look at Barnes Meadow Reservoir if you're here at Lost Lake; it's close by, and get dripping wet paddling on Joe Wright Creek. Near Lost Lake you discover the Blue Lake Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail; camping at Lost Lake is wonderful fun, Aspen Glen Campground is a wonderful local campground. High temperatures

Lost Lake Dam has pleasant water scenery and it's in the vicinity of Lost Lake; dry warm beds await
you at Gateway Inn Restaurant Cnf Ctr. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Big South Trail, and float down the rapids of Cache La Poudre River in a kayak. That right there is plenty already, but it keeps on going; Lost
Lake has it all. Going for a hike on the West Branch Trail is always a great adventure, and do pop by Fall Creek since you're here at Lost Lake.
It is very arid here at Lost Lake generally; during May this area sees the most rain while January is mostly the driest month.
