Lost Lake is pretty arid usually; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This place is excellent, just explore all the enjoyable stuff to do close to Lost Lake. A good nearby hotel is Elevation Hotel & Spa, and camping at Lost Lake       Campground is always a good experience. For the period of the summer months, highs regularly are in the 70's at Lost Lake. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lost Lake are in the-10's. The Hammond Trail is a nice hiking trail in the neighborhood of Lost Lake, and unsurprisingly West Red Creek flows through this region. This lake is so wonderful. Camping                  is available at Camp Id-Ra-Ha-Je West, and since you're here, you could also pop by picturesque E Beckwith Reservoir Number 1. One of the governing marks of the surroundings of Lost Lake is East Beckwith Mountain, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Irwin Lodge while you're here. On a brilliant day at Lost Lake you can take a hike along the Munsey Ruby Stock Driveway, and get drenched paddling on Crystal River. This lake is so wonderful.
