    Many people like to go to Lost Lake. It is very arid here at Lost Lake regularly; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. East Beckwith Mountain is wonderful and can be observed from Lost Lake, and why not go to close by West Red Creek since you're here at Lost Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Very charming scenery and good skiing is what you get at Irwin Lodge; there is a magnificent hiking trail  
   nearby called the Munsey Ruby Stock Driveway.
There's so much to do here at Lost Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Crystal Meadows Ranch is a delightful location for that, and The Elevation Hotel is a fine location to get some rest. So much fun stuff near Lost Lake, clearly phenomenal. Whitewater paddling is good on Anthracite Creek - Ruby Fork; going for a hike on the Hammond Trail is always a tremendous adventure. High temperatures at Lost
 
               Lake during the summertime are in the 70's, and the night is a tad colder of course, commonly in the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's; nighttime lows in the-10's for Lost Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Crested Butte Intl. Lodge & Hostel is a great location to spend a night or two. Paddling on Crystal River is so much fun, and most likely you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Dollar Lake is just a very short distance away. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lost Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lost Lake Campground, and there are great locations to explore along the Mill-Castle Trail.
