Go to Lost Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Vail Golf Club; camping at Gore Creek Campground is always a tremendous experience. Lost Lake is a location that is quite dried up regularly; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. During the summertime at Lost Lake temperatures are generally in the 70's while night lows are

| | mostly in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and night lows during the wintertime for Lost Lake tend to be in the 0's.
This lake is so wonderful. Lost Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Piney Crossing Campground is a splendid local campground, and after a long day outdoors Vail Landmark Properties is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Lost Lake is so good! There's whitewater on Cross Creek for all you adrenaline kick people, and if you need a place to stay Evergreen Lodge At Vail is a great choice.
That right there is loads of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the Park Range has it all. Beaver Creek is a great local ski area, and the Nottingham Ridge Trail offers hiking at its best. Lost Lake is not the only location nearby,
Piney Lake is a nearby lake, and needless to say Marugg Creek is a picturesque stream that is worth checking out.
Be careful coming to the Park Range, you might not ever want to go home again. Hiking is a popular thing to do around
Lost Lake; Piney Lake Trail is a great local trail, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on Gore Creek. Good hiking is available along the Lost Lake Trail, and the skiing at Vail is delightful.
