Many people like to go to Lost Lake. If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining things, what a great globe it would be. From Lost Lake you obtain a great vista of Sawatch Range. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Ski Cooper are so inviting nobody can resist; the Gold Creek Union Park Trail offers hiking at its best. Camping at Mirror Lake Campground is always a brilliant experience; you should beyond doubt dedicate some time to Sanford Basin

| | while you're here at Lost Lake. Summertime highs at Lost Lake generally tend to be in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 30's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the-20's for Lost Lake. Man, is there a load of fun things to do in the vicinity of Lost Lake. may feel that's a heap but there's even more cool stuff to do here in the Sawatch Range. There's pleasant hiking along the Horn Fork Trail; if you need a location to stay Cottonwood Hotsprings Inn is a wonderful choice. Around
Lost Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; August is the month that gets the most rain, and June is when it's the driest. Lake Creek is a glorious whitewater spot close to Lost Lake; a brilliant place to visit is Cottonwood Pass.
And if that's not sufficient there's loads more exciting stuff to do in the Sawatch Range. Monarch is a delightful local ski area, and naturally North Fork Middle Cottonwood Creek is a charming stream that is worth checking out.
The Sawatch Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Texas Creek Trail; a glorious site for whitewater paddling is Clear Creek. Camping is available at Hughes Meadow Campground, and this area is dominated by the Sawatch Range.
