If you are in this part of Colorado make sure to pay a visit to Lost Lake. The Front Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Head up to Winter Park and strap some skis to your feet; Buckingham Campground is a great campground nearby. And if that's not enough there's loads more entertaining stuff to do in the Front Range. Good hiking is available along the Lost Lake Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Boulder Creek. Throughout

| | the long summer days at Lost Lake temperatures are generally in the 70's while overnight lows are commonly in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and night lows during the wintertime for Lost Lake tend to be in the 0's. Yeah, come here to Lost Lake for a splendid time. After a long day outdoors Iron Horse Resort is a great location to spend a night or two, and there are some delightful whitewater spots on Boulder Creek - South. | |

The Guinn Mountain Ski Trail offers hiking at its best. Lakes? Sure, Yankee Doodle Lake is nearby. The snow is good at Berthoud Pass. Now, you may think that's plenty but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the Front
Range. Best Western Lodge At Nederland is a wonderful place to get some rest, and at Lost Lake you can see Bryan Mountain. Not much precipitation falls here at Lost Lake; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month
of the year is February. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lost Lake; Kings Lake Trail is a tremendous local trail; there are other spots here than Lost Lake, for example Karel Park Lake. Stay the
night at Fourth of July Campground, and let's not forget Jasper Creek which is a stream that you may encounter during your stay.
