The beauty of Longmont Reservoir attracts many people from all around. This lake is located in the wonderful Front Range. All the outdoors fun things in the Front Range will keep you coming back persistently. You'll hit upon a gorgeous lake called Button Rock Reservoir near Longmont Reservoir, and lots of folks from Boulder come here. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Front Range. A glorious close by hotel is Shelly's Cottages; you can have a perfect hiking adventure along the Bright Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Bighorn Moutain Lodge is a nice location to get some rest, and everyone loves Antelope Park. This lake is so wonderful. The sights at Rocky Mountain National Park will blow your mind, and camping at Park Place Camping Resort is always a good experience.

Whitewater paddling is splendid on Saint Vrain Creek - North, and from Longmont Reservoir you get a glorious panorama of Coffintop Mountain. During the days of summer at Longmont Reservoir highs are frequently in the 70's. For the
period of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's. All through the wintertime the highs are typically in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Longmont Reservoir. Hiking along the North Sheep
Mountain Trail is tremendous fun.
What a site this is for outdoors folks. Get soaked paddling on Saint Vrain Creek - South; going for a hike along the Ceran Vrain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity.
Longmont Reservoir is mostly a pretty arid site; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest month of the year is January.
