Do stop by Long Lake while you're in this part of Colorado. At Long Lake you don’t see much rain; August is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. But wait, there's more amusing things to do in the Front Range. While you're here at Long Lake you can take a hike along the Jean Lunning Trail; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Lodge At Nederland. This lake is so wonderful. There's no such thing

Boulder Creek has a great whitewater paddling spot close by, and if you need a location to stay Stone Mountain Lodge And Cabins is a tremendous choice. Any time is a tremendous time at Long Lake if you like the outdoors. Whitewater paddling is great on Boulder Creek - South, and do pay a visit to Rocky Mountain National Park while you're here at Long Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Front Range. During the
months of summer at Long Lake highs are commonly in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while Long Lake nighttime low temperatures all through the wintertime are
in the 0's.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Long Lake is perfect fun, Pawnee Campground is a perfect local campground, and you can hit the slopes at Winter Park in close proximity. Having a good time in the Front Range is
uncomplicated. Why not camp at Mitchell Creek Campground if you're here at Long Lake. Lakes? Sure, Albion Lake is in the vicinity.
