All our national parks are good places to stop by, and Black Canyon Of The Gunnison National Park is no exception, and you can go for a hike on the Laughlin Stock       Driveway. At Lone Pine Reservoir you don’t see much precipitation; throughout August this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Yeah, come here to Lone Pine Reservoir for a magnificent time. This lake is so wonderful. Very pretty scenery and magnificent skiing is what you get at Monarch, and great hiking is available along the Divide Trail. At Lone Pine Reservoir through the summer months highs are in                  the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Lone Pine Reservoir. The San Juan Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
