If you came for an overnight stay Beaver Meadows Resort Ranch is a great spot to camp; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Lake Erie. There's some interesting stuff to see at Lone Pine Dam right next door to Lone Pine Reservoir, and golf can be played at Fox Acres Country Club. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Lone Pine Reservoir. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures       dip down into the 40's.
