The beauty of Lizard Lake attracts many people from all around. A great site like Buckskin Basin here at Lizard Lake is too perfect to miss, and on a nice day you can take a hike along the Trail Riders Trail. Laurelwood Condominiums is a great spot to get some rest, and at Lizard Lake you can observe Mount Daly. Stay the night at Meri-daes RV Park and General Store, and there's some attention-grabbing stuff to make out at Beaver Lake Dam right next door to Lizard

A day on the slopes of Irwin Lodge is just what you need. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Wildwood Lodge, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Munsey Ruby Stock Driveway. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Crystal River, and there is a tremendous hiking trail close by called the Hammond Trail.

Get your heart beating on the wonderful whitewater of Yule Creek. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lizard Lake has to offer, you can camp at Osgood Campground. Getting to Lost Trail Creek from Lizard Lake is painless,
and not far from Lizard Lake you'll hit upon Beaver Lake which is a scenic lake. Summertime highs at Lizard Lake mostly tend to be in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. High temperatures through the
wintertime are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lizard Lake are in the-10's.
At Lizard Lake you don’t see much rain; August is when you get the most rain here; February on the other hand is the driest.
