Soar down the rapids of Elk River in a kayak, and Steamboat is a very popular ski area in the vicinity. Be careful coming to Little Lost Lake, you might not ever wanna go home again. There's so much to do here at Little Lost Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Granite Campground is a great spot for that.       This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is brilliant here at Little Lost Lake, you can go for a hike along the Divide Trail; if you're stopping by from Edwards, you won't be the only one. For the period of the days of summer at Little Lost Lake temperatures are typically in the 80's; the overnight is a tad cooler of course, frequently in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime                  temperatures at Little Lost Lake descend into the-10's. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Little Lost Lake. And if that's not enough there's a load more entertaining things to do in the Park Range. You'll find a stunning lake called Lake Percy near Little Lost Lake; Haymaker Golf Course is a great golf course nearby. This lake is one of the great places here in the Park Range. Going for a hike along the Percy Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Howelsen Hill. Getting to Butcherknife Creek from Little Lost Lake is painless; lakes are such peaceful spots, why not check out Round Lake. Little Lost Lake is pretty arid frequently; December is the wettest month with most snow while August is regularly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Scandinavian Lodge and Condominiums is a nice choice, and you can stay the night at Base Campground.
