Colorado has many beautiful lakes and Little King Ranch Reservoir is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at SolVista is tremendous. What a spot this is for outdoors people. Littletree Inn is a magnificent spot to get some rest, and if you come at the right time of year, Colorado River offers some good whitewater. All through the summertime at Little King Ranch Reservoir temperatures are frequently in the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer

| | temperatures descend down into the 30's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and night lows at Little King Ranch Reservoir through the wintertime generally plunge into the 0's.

Little King Ranch Reservoir
is pretty arid regularly; most of the rain falls through May; the driest month of the year is January. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Little King Ranch Reservoir has to offer, you can
camp at Denver Creek Campground, and Little King Ranch Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out. After a long day outdoors Silvercreek Lodging is a wonderful site to spend a night or two, and Buffalo Park is a charming site
any time of year.
Now, you may feel that's loads but there's even more cool stuff to do here in the Park Range. Soar down the rapids of Willow Creek in a kayak; there's great hiking along the Troublesome Creek Trail.
