This lake is so wonderful. Goose Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and South River Peak is picturesque and can be distinguished from here. And if that's not enough there's a load more enjoyable things to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Do check out Goose Reservoir in close proximity to Little Goose Lake, it's a pretty lake, and hiking along the Turkey Lake Trail is pleasant fun. Now, you may think that's a heap but there's even more cool stuff

If you came for an overnight stay Broken Arrow Ranch is a wonderful place to camp, and in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on San Juan River - East Fork. This lake is so wonderful. Wolf Creek is a tremendous local ski area, and do take a hike on the Middle Creek Stock Driveway. the driest month is June. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express PAGOSA SPRINGS; Little Goose Lake is right by the Rainbow Trail. A great spot to explore in the vicinity of Little Goose Lake is Piedra Pass; you can take
a little trip to Goose Lake Dam while you're here at Little Goose Lake. Little Goose Lake is located in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. And that's not all you can do here at Little Goose Lake. Why not camp at Ivy Creek Campground
and Trailhead if you're here at Little Goose Lake, and Wolf Creek is a fine whitewater spot nearby. If you need a place to stay OakRidge Lodge is a nice choice. Through the summer here at Little Goose Lake, high temperatures commonly
get into the 70's, and the overnight is rather colder of course, commonly in the 30's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's, and night lows in the-10's for Little Goose Lake.
