This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Wolf Creek are so inviting nobody can resist. This lake is so wonderful. get bored here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. While staying at Little Goose Lake you could always explore Piedra Pass, and not far from Little Goose Lake you get some great water scenery at Goose Lake Dam.
It is very dehydrated
here at Little Goose Lake regularly; July is when you get the most rain here while June is commonly the driest month. So many cool things to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, not enough time. Whitewater paddling is fine on Wolf
Creek, and a good location to camp here at Little Goose Lake is Broken Arrow Ranch. The Middle Creek Stock Driveway is a magnificent hiking trail in the neighborhood of Little Goose Lake, and if you need a place to stay Oak Ridge
Lodge is a tremendous choice.
From Little Goose Lake you acquire a wonderful sight of South River Peak, and camping at Ivy Creek Campground and Trailhead is always a perfect experience.
