Lion Lake Number 2 is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. And if that's not enough there's a heap more cool stuff to do in the Front Range. Gotta ski! Berthoud Pass is a glorious spot to do that, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Loch Vale Trail. Just can't get enough of the Front Range. Lion Lake Number 2 is not the only place close by, Black Lake is a close by lake; don't leave Lion Lake Number 2 without first checking out The

The Front Range scenery is always beautiful. Going for a hike along the Bluebird Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and if you need a site to stay Marys Lake Lodge is a glorious choice. Lion Lake Number 2 gets very little rain; the month with most of the rain is August, and November meanwhile is the driest month.

fun; Glacier Basin Campground is a great campground nearby. Throughout the summer months here at Lion Lake Number 2, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's. Summer night lows descend down to the 30's. Highs through the wintertime
are regularly in the 30's while Lion Lake Number 2 nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Longs Peak Campground, and the panoramas at Rocky Mountain National Park
will blow your mind.
And that's not all the things to do here in the Front Range. The summit of Mount Alice can be spotted from Lion Lake Number 2, and dry warm beds await you at Peak To Peak Lodge Inc.. This lake is so wonderful.
Why not stop at close by Shelf Creek if you're here at Lion Lake Number 2; get yourself into a kayak and hit Boulder Creek. Put some time aside to spend at Fan Falls since you're here at Lion Lake Number 2, and glide down the rapids
of Saint Vrain Creek - North in a kayak.
