Camping at Glacier       Basin Campground is always a good experience; since you're here you can take a hike along the Loch Vale Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are perfect; Snowbank Lake is a lake that's near Lion Lake Number 2, and Shelf Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth stopping at. It is very dry here at Lion Lake Number 2 frequently; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily August, that's the one that rains the most while November is the month with                  the least amount of precipitation. The skiing at Winter Park is pleasant, and the peak of Mount Alice can be made out from Lion Lake Number 2. Yeah, come up here to the Front Range for a magnificent time. A spree to Fan Falls will fill your spirit with pleasant feelings, and don't leave Lion Lake Number 2 without first checking out The Dove. That right there is loads of cool stuff already but it goes on, the Front Range has it all. A wonderful spot to camp here at Lion Lake Number 2 is Longs Peak Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Aspen Lodge is a splendid place to get some rest, and drift down the rapids of Boulder Creek in a kayak. Yeah, come here to Lion Lake Number 2 for a tremendous time. Not far from Lion Lake Number 2, you'll hit upon Lion Lake Number 1 which is a lovely lake; a day on the slopes of Berthoud Pass is just what you need. For the period of the warm months at Lion Lake Number 2 highs are usually in the 70's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 30's. Throughout the winter highs are regularly in the 30's while Lion Lake Number 2 overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's.
