Glide down the rapids of San Miguel River in a kayak, and Lilylands Reservoir is right by the Twin Spring Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lilylands Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Miramonte Reservoir Campground; dry warm beds await you at Dunton Hot Springs. This lake is so wonderful. Spectacle Creek is a great local stream.       Don't leave Lilylands Reservoir without first paying a visit to Bear Spring; get yourself into a kayak and hit San Miguel River. So much cool stuff in close proximity to Lilylands Reservoir, absolutely remarkable. While you're here at Lilylands Reservoir, you could also have a look at striking Lily Lands Reservoir; Nellies Flats is a fine place. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Fish Creek Trail. There's so much to do here at Lilylands Reservoir that                  you need to camp here for a while, Mavreeso Campground is a great site for that. Lilylands Reservoir is a location that is reasonably dried up frequently; all through July this area sees the most rain while February is generally the driest month.
