In Colorado there are many beautiful lakes, Lily Pond Lake is one of them. This lake is located in the wonderful Medicine Bow Mountains. Not much rain falls here at Lily Pond Lake; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while January is regularly the driest month. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lily Pond Lake has to offer, you can camp at Tunnel Campground, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cache La Poudre River.
