Lily Pad Lake is a lake worth visiting. And if that's not sufficient, there's loads more to do close to Lily Pad Lake. Ryan Gulch is a wonderful spot to look at, and drift down the rapids of Arkansas River in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Lily Pad Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Gold Pan Campground is a good site for that, and hey, North Tenmile Creek is a fine local stream. nearby, and at Lily Pad Lake you can spot Royal Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Mesa-Cortina Trail is tremendous fun, and good skiing awaits you at Copper Mountain. Going for a hike along the Wheeler Dillion
Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; if you need a place to stay Snowshoe Motel is a wonderful choice.
