Really perfect skiing awaits you at Ski Cooper, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Fryingpan River. Why not camp at Elk Wallow Campground since you're here at Lily Pad Lake, and the scenery at Ivanhoe Dam is beautiful. So many cool things to do here in the Sawatch Range, too magnificent to be true. This is a wonderful area for folks who like lakes. Ivanhoe       Lake is a lake close at hand; the fine folks of Edwards like to hang out close by. Beaver Creek has good slopes and a friendly staff, and getting to Lily Pad Creek from Lily Pad Lake is simple. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a glorious time here at Lily Pad Lake. Man, is there loads of exciting stuff to do in the Sawatch Range. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Lake Creek, and if you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel - Leadville is a tremendous                  choice. Lily Pad Lake is a location that is reasonably waterless frequently; the month with most of the rain is August, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is one of the great places here in the Sawatch Range. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Main Range Trail. Lakes are glorious; Windsor Lake is a lake that's near Lily Pad Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Lily Pad Lake is right by the Mount Massive Trail; dry warm beds await you at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Highline Trail, and camping is available at Mary Queen Campground. During the summer months, highs typically are in the 70's at Lily Pad Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 40's.
