High temperatures at Lilly Pond through the summer months are in the 60's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. Highs during the winter are generally in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Lilly Pond dip into the 0's. All the outdoors cool stuff in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains will keep you coming back again and again.       You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lilly Pond has to offer, you can camp at Mix Lake Campground, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not have a look at Mix Lake. This is no location for people who don’t like to have a good time. Government Park is a tremendous location; dry warm beds await you at Allington Inn and Suites. Don't leave Lilly Pond without first going for a hike along the Dry Creek Stock Driveway. Much precipitation falls                  at Lilly Pond; March is when you get the most snow here, and the driest month is June. This lake is so wonderful. A quick spree to Alum Creek in the vicinity of Lilly Pond is a nice idea, and a striking lake like Platoro Reservoir is a good spot to stop at. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid place for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Lilly Pond is Conejos River, and going for a hike on the Lake Fork Trail is always a wonderful adventure. Yeah, come up here to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains for a glorious time. Go for a hike on the San Juan Stock Driveway; after a long day outdoors The Spruce Lodge is a fine place to spend a night or two. Very brilliant water scenery is available at Platoro Dam near Lilly Pond, and while you're here, you might as well go to Sawmill Gulch.
