Lakes are such calm places, why not have a look at Columbine Lake near Lewis Lake, and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Greyhound Pack Trail. Through the months of summer highs here at Lewis Lake reach the 70's while night lows are ordinarily in the 40's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Lewis Lake drop into the 0's. Camping is available at South Mineral

If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Telluride Ski & Golf Club is close by, and do take a hike on the Brooklyn Trail. you're here at Lewis Lake, and you can run the rapids of Mineral Creek - South. Lewis Lake is generally a reasonably dehydrated location; July is when you get the most rain here, and June is when it's the driest. This lake is
so wonderful. While you're here at Lewis Lake you can take a hike along the Deep Creek Trail, and Lewis Lake is near Ophir Pass which is beyond doubt worth taking a look at. So much cool stuff near Lewis Lake, truly tremendous. After
