This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lewis Lake; Munsey Ruby Stock Driveway is a pleasant local trail. Drift down the rapids of Crystal River in a kayak, and                  you'll discover a picturesque lake called Thomas Reservoir Number 2. You just have to adore Lewis Lake. Good hiking is available along the Blue Creek Trail; dry warm beds await you at Carbondale-Days Inn.
