In Colorado there are many beautiful lakes, Leo Lake is one of them. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Front Range. There are other places here than Leo Lake, for example Sapphire Lake, and Springdale Campground is a tremendous local campground. Around Leo Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; July is the wettest month with most rain while January is typically the driest month. Dry warm beds await you at The Cliff House Hotel at

The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Leo Lake while nighttime lows are mostly in the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are mostly in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Leo Lake are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument is a perfect place near Leo Lake, and Promontory Campground is a magnificent campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. | |

Here at Leo Lake you'll in all probability meet some people from Colorado Springs, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Balanced Rock Trail.
Leo Lake is located in the Front Range. These mountains rock, just check out
all the enjoyable stuff to do in the Front Range. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Leo Lake; Schubarth Trail is a glorious local trail, and a round of golf at nearby Shining Mountain Golf Club is a magnificent way to kill some
time. Leo Lake is right by the Stanley Canyon Trail, and lakes are such serene places, why not stop by Woodland Park Reservoir.
If only every place had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great planet it would be. Ensign Gulch is a wonderful place to check out nearby; Country Lodge is a great place to get some rest.
