    Many people like to go to Lemon Reservoir. Lemon Dam is not far at all from Lemon Reservoir; Lemon Reservoir is right by the Pine-Piedra Stock Driveway. This place, the San Juan and Jemez Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing stuff. If you need a place to stay Lodge at Tamarron is a great choice, and Lemon Reservoir is not the only place close by, Lost Lake is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Durango.
 
   Not much rain falls here at Lemon Reservoir; August is when you get the most rain here, and June on the other hand is the driest. Man, is there heaps of fun stuff to do close to Lemon Reservoir. Here at Lemon Reservoir there are plenty of people from Durango, and get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Canyon Creek. Lemon Reservoir is a nice spot to visit for more than one day, O-bar-o Resort is a nice spot to camp nearby, and if you've had enough of Lemon  
               Reservoir, Wommer Reservoir Number 1 is nearby.
The San Juan and Jemez Mountains scenery is always beautiful. For the period of the summer here at Lemon Reservoir, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows during the winter for Lemon Reservoir tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Vallecito Creek in close proximity to Lemon Reservoir, and dry warm beds await you at Tamarron Resort.
If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Miller Creek is a splendid place to explore, and Lemon Dam Campground is a glorious campground nearby.
