Lefthand Park Reservoir is right by the Waldrop North Trail, and camping is available at Pawnee Campground. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Lefthand Park Reservoir. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Winter Park, and stopping by       Rocky Mountain National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever wanna go back home again. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lefthand Park Reservoir; CMC South Trail is a brilliant local trail, and an out of the ordinary thing to stop at near Lefthand Park Reservoir is Lefthand Park Dam. This lake is so wonderful. Stone Mountain Lodge And Cabins is a pleasant spot to get some rest,                  and Lefthand Park Reservoir is not the only site nearby, Left Hand Reservoir is a nearby lake. If you came for an overnight stay Mitchell Creek Campground is a great spot to camp; if you need a spot to stay Best Western Lodge At Nederland is a delightful choice. That right there is plenty of amusing things already but it goes on, the Front Range has it all. The Little Raven Trail offers hiking at its best, and whitewater paddling is wonderful on Boulder Creek - South. Lefthand Park Reservoir is pretty dried out mostly; August is the wettest month with most rain while February is mostly the driest month. Lefthand Park Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Front Range. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Lefthand Park Reservoir while night lows are mostly in the 40's. During the winter the highs are regularly in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Lefthand Park Reservoir are in the 0's. Really magnificent skiing awaits you at Berthoud Pass, unsurprisingly you could also stop by Long Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful.
