Stay the night at Antone Spring Campground, and at Middle Monitor Dam near Lee Reservoirs there are some attention-grabbing things to see. Now, you may assume that's a lot but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Lee Reservoirs is a perfect location to camp, Smokehouse Campground is a perfect location, and in the       event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on San Miguel River. Lee Reservoirs gets very little rainfall; the month of October is the wettest with most of the rain; June meanwhile is the driest month. Throughout the summer, highs regularly are in the 90's at Lee Reservoirs. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's while Lee Reservoirs night low temperatures                  throughout the wintertime are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. The Cottonwood Trail offers hiking at its best; if you need a place to stay Westways Court is a good choice. This lake is one of the great places here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! The Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains rocks! Why not take a refreshing hike along the Moore Mesa Trail. There's wonderful hiking along the Monitor Mesa Trail; if you're visiting from Montrose, you won't be the only one. Looking for something in close proximity to Lee Reservoirs?
