Leavick Tarn is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Have a delightful hiking adventure along the Limber Grove Trail, and if you've had enough of Leavick Tarn, Empire Reservoir is nearby. Leavick Tarn is pretty dehydrated typically; August is the wettest month with most rain; October is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Rich Creek - Buffalo Meadows Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region,
