The beauty of Lake Pagosa attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. not ever want to return home again. Some of the water close by flows, like Dutton Creek; you can have a great hiking adventure along the Fourmile Stock Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Pagosa is a good location to visit for
more than one day, Happy Camper RV Park is a good location to camp nearby, and Sullenburger Dam is a beautiful spot, unquestionably worth a visit. Soar down the rapids of San Juan River in a kayak, and on a nice day you can take a
hike along the Piedra Stock Trail. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Lake Pagosa. Golf can be played at Pagosa Springs Golf Club; skiing at Wolf Creek is one of those things you just must do. Lake Pagosa is a
location that is reasonably dried out typically; August is the month that gets the most rain while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

San Juan River - East Fork
 | 13 miles away I am a very close relative of the land owners for a significant portion of the East Fork. There is a couple of miles of river that is private land. Using the river or the land without authorization is tresspassing and is illegal. I am by no means giving you permission to use it. I am simply stating the facts. Please respect the property line and stay on public lands. Other than that enjoy your time in CO and happy rafting.... |
