Be careful coming to the Sangre De Cristo Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. Do pay a visit to Capulin Volcano National Monument since you're here at Lake Dorothey, and after a long day outdoors Raton Super 8 Motel is a splendid location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Raton Ski Basin is a tremendous place here at Lake Dorothey, and a glorious nearby hotel is Budget Host Raton.
