The summit of Burro Mesa can be observed from Laguna Negra; Bathtub Spring is a good local attraction. Just can't get enough of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. While staying at Laguna Negra you could always explore San Francisco Pass; Capulin Volcano National Monument is one of the destinations that are perfect to pop by close by. All through the warm months highs here at       Laguna Negra get into the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's while Laguna Negra overnight low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 10's. Laguna Negra is pretty waterless typically; the month with most of the rain is August, and January is when it's the driest. Yeah, come here to Laguna Negra for a fine time. Everybody loves Messer Flat, and SummerLan RV Park is a good campground                  here. And that's not everything you can do here in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
