User input for LEDE Reservoir, Sawatch Range, Eagle County, Colorado:
Justin Himlin: What happened to the water as of 10-20-9? We drove up to catch a couple trout only to find the lake has been drained?
John McKay: Beautiful drive up to Lede Reservoir. We started in Eagle and took Sylvan Lake road all the way past the lake and then took a right at the first intersection. After climbing up and around the peak in front of us we were upon some huge rolling meadows that were among the forrests. A slight drop down into the valley on the west side of the mountains and a left turn lead us to the reservoir. It is a great spot with some fishing paths around the water and a number of campsites as well. We continued west to Gypsum Creek Road and a short drive back to the town of Gypsum.
