Mesa Verde National Park is a brilliant national park, and if you came for an overnight stay West Dolores Campground is a good site to camp. Now, you may think that's lots but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Koeing Reservoir. Why not explore close by Dry Creek since you're here at Koeing Reservoir, and Koeing Reservoir is not the only place close by, McEwen Reservoir is a close by lake. At Koeing Reservoir you can see Nipple Mountain; why not take a refreshing

Echo Basin Dude And Guest Ranch, LLC is a brilliant spot to get some rest; there's fine hiking along the Eagle Peak Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You must undeniably visit Pease Point since you're here at Koeing Reservoir, obviously you could also go to Cresto Reservoir while you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. to explore Hooray Flats since you're here at Koeing Reservoir; a perfect nearby hotel is Dunton Hot Springs. It's always brilliant to take a look at Pease Spring; you can run the rapids of Dolores River. During the summer months,
highs commonly are in the 70's at Koeing Reservoir while overnight lows are mostly in the 30's. Through the winter highs are frequently in the 30's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Koeing Reservoir. The Stoner Mesa Trail
offers hiking at its best, and Mavreeso Campground is a good campground nearby. Koeing Reservoir gets very little precipitation; most of the snow falls through March, and the driest month of the year is June.

It contains 402 surfqace acres when full. The lake is stocked with fish by the Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW) and open for public fishing. Public access is from highway 184 on the north side of the lake. There is a boat ramp. Fishing is allowed from the bank or from hand powered or trolling motor powered boats only. The public access is maintained by the DOW. The only facilities present is a boat ramp and a pit toilet. No fires, swimming or overnight camping is allowed.... |
