Going for a hike along the Saddle Rock Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; Knoth Reservoir is a location with many visitors from Boulder. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Knoth Reservoir. Playing golf is lots of fun at Ute Creek Golf Course, and dry warm beds       await you at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Longmont/Boulder. If time allows, Rocky Mountain National Park is a national park worth visiting, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Round Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Knoth Dam is charming and it's in close proximity to Knoth Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Knoth Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Parrish Ranch Recreational Vehicle Resort & Evnt is a tremendous                  spot for that. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Knoth Reservoir. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and night lows in the 10's for Knoth Reservoir. Not much precipitation falls here at Knoth Reservoir; the month with most of the rain is May, and January is when it's the driest. If you came to camp Longmont Koa Kampground is a brilliant spot to do that; Super 8 Longmont/Twin Peaks is a great location to get some rest. There are other locations here than Knoth Reservoir, for example Longs Peak Reservoir Number 2, and not far from Knoth Reservoir you'll hit upon Longs Peak Reservoir Number 1 which is a gorgeous lake. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious site close to Knoth Reservoir is Culver Gulch, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Jug Trail.
