There is a nice hiking trail close to Knife Edge Reservoir called the Sleepy Cat Trail, and Knife Edge Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Baughn Lake Campground is a great local campground. Summertime highs at Knife Edge Reservoir regularly tend to be in the 80's; the overnight is fairly cooler of course, commonly in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with winter       lows in the 0's overnight here at Knife Edge Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Oyster Lake Trail is always a great adventure; why not check out Knife Edge Dam since you're here. Just can't get enough of Knife Edge Reservoir.
