If you are in this part of Colorado make sure to pay a visit to Kerr Lake. Near Kerr Lake you discover the Dry Creek Stock Driveway which is a good hiking trail. vista of Cornwall Mountain from Kerr Lake.
Kerr Lake is located in the San Juan Mountains. There is a splendid hiking trail in close proximity to Kerr Lake called the Lake Fork Trail, and The Spruce Lodge is a good place to get
some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Near Kerr Lake you discover perfect sites like Sawmill Gulch, and you can stay the night at Mix Lake Campground.
But wait, there's more exciting stuff to do in the San Juan Mountains. Some close by water includes Wightman Fork; a tremendous spot for whitewater paddling is Conejos River.
