Shelf Creek is a fine site to explore, and Castle Lake is a pleasant lake close by. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Keplinger Lake. Have a delightful hiking adventure along the East Longs Peak Trail, and you can hit the slopes at Berthoud Pass in the vicinity. It is very dried up here at Keplinger Lake typically; during August this area sees the most rain while November is the       month with the least amount of precipitation. Whitewater paddling is good on Boulder Creek, and the vista of beautiful Chiefs Head Peak is pleasant. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Front Range. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Lion Lake Trail. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff truly is abundant here in the Front Range. Places like Boulder Field are wonderful to visit, and why not camp at Longs Peak Campground while you're                  here at Keplinger Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Marys Lake Lodge is a brilliant site to get some rest, and Fan Falls is always fun to check out. For the period of the months of summer at Keplinger Lake temperatures are regularly in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 30's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while Keplinger Lake nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Glacier Basin Campground is a fine location to camp, and The Keyhole is in the vicinity, and is a magnificent place. Lakes? Sure, Green Lake is close at hand, and some attention-grabbing geology is available here, Chasm View is right here. Keplinger Lake is located in the Front Range. Any time is a pleasant time at Keplinger Lake if you like the outdoors. Dry warm beds await you at Peak To Peak Lodge Inc., and Rocky Mountain National Park is a fine place nearby. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Front Range.
