So many enjoyable things in close proximity to Kelly Reservoir, completely striking. Colorado River has a nice whitewater paddling spot nearby, and if the weather is splendid, you can go for a hike along the Muddy Slide Trail. After a long day outdoors Sunburst Condominiums (Vri)       is a fine location to spend a night or two, and the Ute Trail is a brilliant hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Rock Creek; a charming lake like Newton Gulch Reservoir is a good spot to stop at. Roberta Reservoir is a fine lake near Kelly Reservoir, and while you're here at Kelly Reservoir it's a pleasant idea to take a look at Egeria Park.                  This lake is so wonderful. It's a perfect idea to visit Channing Creek, it's close to Kelly Reservoir; a wonderful location to camp here at Kelly Reservoir is Stagecoach. Why not camp at Toponas Creek Campground while you're here at Kelly Reservoir, and Oak Tree Inn Yampa is a great spot to get some rest. High temperatures at Kelly Reservoir during the warmest time of the year are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 40's. Through the winter the highs are generally in the 30's while Kelly Reservoir night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 0's.
