It's always fun to stop by Kelly Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Medicine Bow Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is glorious on Joe Wright Creek, and why not camp at Walden Koa Kampground if you're here at Kelly Lake. Just can't get enough of the Medicine Bow Mountains. While you're here at Kelly Lake you can take a hike along the North Fork Trail, and camping is available at Ranger Lakes Campground.

entertaining stuff to do in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Paddling on Cache La Poudre River is so much fun; the top of South Rawah Peak is easily made out from Kelly Lake. If the weather is delightful here at Kelly Lake, you can go for a hike along the Rawah Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Gateway Inn Restaurant Cnf Ctr.
