     If you come at the right time of year, Wolf Creek offers some delightful whitewater, and Jumper Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Road Canyon Campground is a splendid local campground. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. Jumper Creek Reservoir is a great lake close to Jumper Lake, and do take a hike on the Long Ridge Stock Driveway. Throughout the summer months at Jumper Lake temperatures are frequently in the 70's.  
   When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 30's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Jumper Lake.
After a long day outdoors Fairfield Pagosa Resort is a nice place to spend a night or two, and there's some flowing water nearby, Middle Trout Creek is a stream you can check out while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Jumper Creek Dam is worth a visit if you're here, and you
 
               can have a nice hiking adventure along the Middle Creek Stock Driveway. Jumper Lake is mostly a relatively waterless location; the wettest month of the year is mostly July, that's the one that rains the most while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Jumper Lake is one of the lakes here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the San Juan and Jemez Mountains has to offer. Hiking along the Fern Creek Stock Driveway is pleasant fun; a great place to camp here at Jumper Lake is Ivy Creek Campground and Trailhead. Having a pleasant time in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains is uncomplicated. Here at Jumper Lake you can catch a sight of Baldy Mountain, and lakes are such serene spots, why not have a look at Baldy Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rio Grande.
