Just can't get enough of the Front Range. Joe Wright Creek has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot nearby, and there is a brilliant hiking trail close by called the Tonahutu Creek Trail. Around Julian Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; throughout the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is November.       This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of SolVista are so inviting noone can resist, naturally you could also take a look at Timber Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting things the area near Julian Lake has to offer. If you need a location to stay The Inn at Grand Lake is a brilliant choice. There's so much to do here at Julian Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Timber Creek Campground is                  a nice spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. Rocky Mountain National Park is a delightful local destination here at Julian Lake, and if you've had enough of Julian Lake, Highest Lake is close by. And if that's not enough there's a heap more cool stuff to do in the Front Range. While you're here at Julian Lake you can take a hike along the Timber Creek Trail, and if you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cache La Poudre River. Dry warm beds await you at Inn At Grand Lake, The, and Julian Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Harbison Campground is a great local campground. At Julian Lake all through the summertime months highs are in the 70's with night lows in the 30's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Julian Lake are in the 0's.
